Terms of Service

These terms describe our self-service online website-builder service for UK customers. Read them before approving any subscription with the selected payment provider. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

1. The service

After registering and verifying both your email address and mobile number, you can build and preview websites. An eligible subscription permits publication of up to three websites using five design themes on AUTO BUSINESS UK-hosted links. The website editor includes private drafts, explicit publication, version history and content/source export. AI, hosted shop payments, media storage, higher plan limits and custom domains depend on their configured provider and approved plan. Unlimited usage is not offered. A domain request is not an active certificate or hosting confirmation.

2. Free trial and monthly plan

One seven-day free trial per eligible customer account, subject to verified provider approval. Price after trial: £19.99 per month in GBP, billed automatically through PayPal until cancelled. The PayPal approval screen confirms the billing schedule. No subscription charge is made by us during the seven-day free trial. Returning customers who already used a trial may choose the separate £19.99 monthly plan, billed from approval without a second free trial. The checkout explicitly confirms this before approval. Stripe and GoCardless checkout may offer approved monthly or annual plans. The selected price, interval, any eligible trial and recurring-billing consent are recorded before approval; existing contracts keep their agreed price. Amounts displayed by the platform include any mandatory platform charges. Your provider may apply its own disclosed terms and currency charges.

3. Consent and cancellation

You must expressly agree to the recurring charge before approving it with the selected provider. Cancel from your account's Billing section before the free trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. PayPal authorisations can also be managed in PayPal. Stripe and GoCardless subscriptions use Plans & payments. No platform cancellation fee applies. Once cancellation is confirmed, we will not initiate further subscription renewals. Access may continue for any already-paid period, subject to our fair-use rules, and trial access expires at the trial end. See our cancellation policy.

4. Your responsibilities

Only publish material you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for your public website text, images, contact information, advertising claims, and any legally required notices for your own business. Do not upload malware, impersonate others, abuse the service, or publish unlawful or misleading content. We may temporarily restrict content posing a security or legal risk.

5. Availability and changes

We use third-party hosting, identity and payment providers. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We aim to restore incidents and notify affected customers when appropriate. Material subscription price changes will be communicated before they take effect as required by law; we will not silently raise an agreed recurring price.

6. Support and disputes

Use the support contact shown above for account issues, payments or complaints. We will review verifiable transaction and delivery records. Your legal rights and applicable consumer remedies remain unaffected.
